We have a lot to cover in an hour. We will start promptly at 8:00.
At the annual general meeting in February we will be selecting officers for next year. Being an officer is a two year commitment. The first year is spent with the person currently holding the position. The second year you are a voting member of the board. If you are interested in being a board member, I would encourage you to start attending the board meetings and speak with the person currently holding the position you are interested in seeking. I would also encourage you to read the Club By-laws which are posted online at the Murray Max website (www.murraymaxsoccer.com).
If you are not able to make that big of a commitment, we are always looking for highly motivated people to help out on committees. As the club continues to grow, there is more that needs to be done to keep the club going.
